12 YEARS! It’s almost hard to believe. We are one of the original guilds formed all the way back on March 30th 2014. And of those Twelve Years, we continue to hold on to the values that make Vanquish what it is. With a strong base of leaders that love this guild as much as you, It is YOU that makes this guild a HOME. Your social interaction. Your time participating in events. Your helpful deeds to one another. The laughter, the smiles, the booze and stinkhorn. The friends you made and the open arms for others. Looking back, we have gone through a lot and seen it all. And twelve years later, we are still here.
And it’s time to CELEBRATE! On March 28th, we are doing so with plenty of events from past years, prizes, and CAKE! Sav loves Cake! These events will not be on the calendar as signups. To participate, type in the auto-invite, and jump in discord. No need to talk, but the ability to listen makes things run a bit smoother.

11:00am – 12:00pm EST: SMS (Saturday Morning Smackdown) We kick off our Birthday celebration with Infi, as he takes us through overland in three different zones to take down World Bosses. We do ask to keep the pets and assistants put away in your pockets. Random Birthday giveaways during the event.
12:30pm – 2pm EST: MNM (Monday Night Madness) Next on the list is Monday Night Madness with Cy! Cy has been leading this event for years taking Vanquish Peeps through DLC’s, grabbing quests and coffers and destroying the World Bosses while entertaining with dad jokes. Talk about multi-tasking! Again, please keep the pets and assistants buried in your pockets. Random Birthday giveaways during the event.
2:30pm – 4pm EST: The Great Vanquish Race pt3. The first Great Vanquish Race was held in August 2017 across the rough terrain of Craglorn. Part 2 was in Cyrodiil. For Part 3, we are going back to Cyrodiil with a new route! Meeting at Southern, we will travel as a group to our starting and finish location. Runners will drop their clothes, armor, AND jewelry to run the pond that encircles Imperial City in a reverse path with Mundus Stone locales in the mix. Runners will be flanked by chaperones to help protect, or rez, but they will not guide. Potions, CP, skills, mundus are permitted in this run. No mounts or any armor/weapons. Recommended to have Repair Kits in case of bridge or Milegate destruction. Each runner will have a 15 second lead way and those times are deducted from their total time. Birthday Prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
NOTE: You must have a DC alliance character to participate.
4:30pm – 6:30pm EST: Vanquish Dome! One of our most popular events. You have heard of Mad Max. Now be him as we meet in Stormhaven (at the Public Arena) to fight one on one Gladiator Style. Wearing only a Barbaric Helm (supplied), jewelry of your choice, and a weapon (random), face your opponent using your weapon or skills that can fit on 1 bar. It is fun. It is glorious. It is Vanquish Dome!
Pending on the number of participants and viewers, we may move to Inkers personal home which has a dueling area set up. ESO logs will run live to ensure fair play. Birthday prizes are awarded for 1st-4th place.
7:00pm – 8:30pm EST: VANQUISH ROLL CALL and LAWN DARTS. Gather up at the Vanquish Bridge, Daggerfall bridge, near the Impresario, and wear your Guild Tabards. Show your Vanquish colors as Savina leads us forward. Guild meeting will be held in Guild Chat to prevent potential ‘spamming’. Please NO Pets of any kind. To get your guild tabard, go to any city banker and choose Guild Store. In the drop down, choose Vanquish and should be the generic option. If not, type Tabard in search box.
Lawn Darts. It is an old Vanquish Tradition! We climb to the highest peaks of Tamriel and plummet to our deaths to land on the corpse of our fearless leader, Savina. It’s not as easy as it seems. Did she run, skip, dive off? Dodge roll? Try to mimic her actions. (Prizes are yet to be determined.)
9:00pm – 11:00pm EST: FNF (Friday Night Fights) It’s Friday on Saturday! Head to Cyrodiil as Fripplethorn, Metree, and maybe even DanTheMan lead us to a repeat performance of FNF. Fly your Lion Banners, wear your guild tabards as we knock EP and AD back to their gates. Random Birthday giveaways during the event.
These events will not have individual ‘signups’ on the events Calendar. We will post a shout to everyone on Discord letting everyone know the next event will be starting within XX minutes.
And most important of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY VANQUISH! It’s been an incredible 12 years!
